I love small-town Louisiana. I met my ex in Houston and moved back to Alexandria with him. Except for college, I had never lived in a small town. It took a lot of getting used to, but it wasn't until I left that I missed that place and the type of life it offered. I still have that need to go back to a place like Jackson.
