Would that you could have every high school and college student read this. And, well, perhaps the rest of us too.
This is great Tyler. This one is really challenging my thinking. Forgetting oneself seems the opposite of being mindful. But I think there is some reconciliation if we don’t forget that mindfulness is about paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and without judgment.
